Placement of online orders constitutes your agreement with the following terms and conditions.

Area of delivery

We only deliver within Australia.

Cancellations and returns

If you need to cancel an order, please call us on 02 6684 1650 as soon as possible after placing it. Unfortunately if we have already tinted or shipped your order we will be unable to cancel it.

We accept returns of a product that has not been tinted or modified specifically for you. However you will need to phone us within 14 days of receiving it, and organise its return it to us in good condition. On receipt of the product in good condition we will refund the price of the product, excluding transport costs. We cannot accept returns of product that has been tinted or modified specifically for you.

Replacement of incorrect or defective product

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check an order when receiving it. Please check it is the correct product and colour you ordered, and in good condition. NOTE: We do not accept any responsibility for application of the wrong product or the wrong colour.

We will replace a product that was not the correct product or colour you ordered if it is our mistake, or if the product is defective or damaged (manufacturer or courier mistake). Please call us on 02 6684 1650 as soon as possible after you receive it to verify this and arrange for the return and replacement.

Lost or undelivered items.

As this is hard for us to verify we do not take any responsibility for lost or undelivered items.

Out of stock

We aim to supply all products as advertised on this website. However if for some reason we are not able to do so we will notify you as soon as possible. If an item is temporarily out-of-stock we will contact you and let you know the options available. Usually your options will be to wait for the product to come in or to cancel your order.

Consumer Guarantee

The products we sell are covered by Australian Consumer Law (commenced on 1^st January 2011) designed to protect consumers and ensure fair trading in Australia. Under this law we as the supplier guarantee that the products we supply are fit for the purposes specified in our description of them. The manufacturers of the products guarantee that the products will perform as described in their technical data sheets, when applied on surfaces which are prepared in accordance with the instructions in their technical data sheets, and applied in the manner as described in their technical data sheets.

If you believe the products do not meet the above guarantee you are entitled to seek a remedy from us, or the manufacturers, for the situation.
